I'm exactly at the point where you were pre-Naxx, and I just missed 3k DPS in my first Sarth 25 man with an extremely sloppy rotation. As far as pointers go:
-- Your hit rating is just too low. You're better off yanking out some of your +16 strength gems in favor of a few Rigid Autumn's Glow. From a pure theorycraft standpoint, what you have now is superior, but in practice you need the 8%. If you have a situation where you're frozen for a period of time and timers start to fall off (the best example that I have is King Ymiron, and that's not even a good one), then a chain of unlucky misses can really do you in. We have a strict rotation, anything you can do to make your life easier will help your DPS out.
-- Make sure FFF or some form of armor debuff is up. I'd imagine it is, but you didn't mention it, so it can never hurt to be certain.
-- Also attempt to make sure that you're using Shred with OoC procs, this is a lot easier said than done but should provide a slight increase.
-- There are several useful programs and tools out there to help you with gear upgrades, particuarly
Rawr and
Toskk's spreadsheet on the Druid Wiki.
Right now, if you were to change both your gems on your chest piece to +16 hit, you'll gain about 0.8% hit chance for what Rawr says will be an unbuffed difference of ~3-5 DPS (theorycrafted). I can't stress enough how important this minor difference will be versus raid bosses.
If you have the money, a Titanium Impact Band and Band of the Kirin Tor are some pretty substantial improvements over what you currently have.
A lot of the gear you have now is actually either BiS or close to it for 10 man raids (according to Rawr), so I'm afraid there's not much else to say here. Except get a new helm ;) You also shouldn't be able to get anywhere near 7k DPS right now, that's top-end feral druids on ideal fights with an almost perfect rotation and probably full BiS gear.
As a side note: Last I checked, some of the number crunching on EJ was showing that Agility is going to rise back to the top of our desired stats come 3.1, primarily because Rip and Rake will soon be able to crit. I recommend saving up and hoarding some +16 agility gems before the prices rise.
One of these days I plan on starting an all-around Druid guide. My experience has been that there's just not enough easily accessible information about us out there, it's all bits and pieces from a large variety of sources. Experienced sources, and it certainly pays off in the long run, but it can be difficult.
