Need advice for lv80 specFollow

I will reach lv80 soon and I need some suggestions on a specs.
I have been leveling up as fire since my teens so currently majority of my points are in fire with some in frost.
Mostly likely I would not be raiding, so I need suggestions for a build that works well in 5 man instances and heroics etc.
Any input is appreciated; thanks in advance.

Also can you guys suggest what glyphs I should get; I only have the slow fall one right now.
