On another interesting note it would appear that in the mini patches following 3.08 the about of hit we need to make our % appears to have been increased as 209 is no longer giving me 11% but only 10% while in raid. 6% on me then 3% from FA and 1% from Draenei heroic presence. As the last wws stats I looked at for me still show no misses and it was run after 3.08a our required % to hit a raid boss may have been adjusted a % but as DCK is still missing a lot and his hit is at a whopping 238.

Bad hunter is bad. If he 1) can't figure out his own hit cap and 2) doesn't get the difference between a miss and an absorb, then I'm not sure what help there is for him. I hope your guild leadership can see the problem and rectify it, Isyris.
