Just did Strath to get the coin from the elder and decided to say hi to the Baron while I was there - was scoring 3k with normal DPS gear and nothing to help the swipe. I realize level 80 vs level 60e is hardly a perfect test but every bit of data helps (that and it was really, really fun).
I love the new Swipe!
The day after patch i went naxx25 with my guild and was #1 in trash-damage.
I have KotJ fully skilled so 60 energy every 30 secs (every trash-group).
I hope there comes no nerf to this freakin ability!!

Swipe is now my favorite skill. With all the aoe madness in WoLk its nice to see kittys finally getting some of that love. I now easily out dps dk's mages and even boomkins on trash pulls. Im lovin it.
