Right, I'm hoping someone here can give me the final say on this.
I've read who knows how many posts, threads, wiki's etc on DK's and seen 3 different values for Hit Rating needed.
On WoWWiki, 9%. Here on Alla, I've seen 9% and 8% quoted, and on official I've even seen 6% although that seems too low.
Can someone clear up exactly what it is, as it could mean the difference between me being capped or not while in FR gear for tonight's Sapphiron attempt :)

AFAIK it's 9% unless you have a Draenei...then it's 8%. You're horde, so 9% is your number. 6% might be for classes that have hit rating talents.

Cool, thanks. I didn't think to take racial abilities into account.
The hit cap for special attacks has been tested and confirmed as 8%. I will say that again for the slow kids that haven't gotten it out of their brain. While at the beginning of the expansion, it seemed like 9% should be the special hit cap, the actual TESTED hit cap for special attacks for a two-hander has been confirmed to be 8%.
