It's mainly the overpoweredness of hunters that screws us over; they throw a crapload of DPS on me while they mana drain my healadin buddy. We cannot LOS the hunter (we need to keep doing damage to win this) and the hunter cannot be CC'd (lolimmune).
You're playing the long game versus a hunter/shaman team. Knock down mana totems and keep the shaman in combat, and keep your paladin out of LOS.
In the 1600-1700s, a hunter is going to get impatient and try to get LOS on you. If the shaman isn't good, you can get a HoJ -> Blind on the shaman out of LOS of his hunter while you're tearing the hunter a new *******.
The main thing is to play a strong LOS game. Hunters are insanely easy if you stay on them. BM hunters should be cake for your setup; when he uses TBW, the shaman is going to pop Buttlust/Heroinism to maximize the DPS that the hunter can put out. You should be CloS/Vanishing at that point, and your paladin should be using bubble and LOSing.
At that point the shaman will probably try and sit down to drink, at which point you can sap him unless he's sitting in a flare (baddies usually don't keep flares down).
The object of this fight is to run them out of cooldowns (i.e. TBW/BL/Hero) so that you can control the fight.
If you can't stay on a survival or MM hunter, I don't know what to tell you, honestly.
