Just did my first instance as Frost last night and I have to say, I doubt I'll be going back to Blood anytime soon. Just anecdotal of course, but it just felt smoother and stronger than my experience with Blood and Unholy (in beta mostly, but some live).
All in all, I'm preferring Frost to the other trees but haven't done any full DPS analysis yet (still leveling). My suspicions are that there will be some small percentage difference between the specs for total raid DPS output. But that these differences will only matter to min/maxing raiders.
I am liking Frost as well and hoping its only a small difference. I am curious about the new rotations being analysized on EJ (in Frost DPS thread) and I thought I would pass it on, since I havent seen it mentioned. Perhaps they can be tested by any Frost users here. It functions as a tighter rotation, eliminating PS/Blood Plague completely. Apparently, this in fact doesnt hurt Frost DPS, despite loss of one disease bonus.

Use Blood Tap to "prime" the rotation (or you can do a traditional rotation and start this one on second)

The one BS produces the one Death rune you need to maintain the cycle. Anyhow, its worth a try on the next instance run. I am currently stuck tanking instances as Frost, so I cant really give you any practical experience, but the Frost people at EJ have tested it at Naxx. It might be too early to say, but it sounds like it is a small increase. More importantly, its a smoother rotation. It also eliminates any need for Epidemic, making the DPS talents in Blood more attractive and more rewarding.
