I've started bg with my enh shaman. I thought it would be worse than it is because of all the crying about enh being pvp weak.
Resto druids dont like shamans and I think this is awesome because they're a PITA.
Found out what a really geared enh shaman could do the other day in AB. He had a grand time leading the BG in damage and basically one/two shotted my green/blue wearing butt.
Accomplished: Got the vindicators belt the other day for my first decent piece of gear.

Got the Belt of Gale Force off Moroes and a nifty ring off a trash mob for an offset.
I broke down and did my first heroics...underbog, slave pens, and botanica in under 3 hours. I guess those are the easy ones, but I'm counting it as a win. Also got enough rep for my Trinket. Working on Shattered Sun for the upgrade.

Yeah I like running heroics in 30 minutes. I also need to start saving up the mats for that Trinket.
I have finally done my first full run of Kara, and while doing so, I finally received my shield last night. Only a few more pieces, and I should be done.

On one run I got the cloak off of big bad wolf...then Prince dropped his cloak and I got that too (no one else needed it and it is better than BBW's). Chess has not been good to me.
I think it was because I kept saying the whole day before the run that I want that stupid shield lol.
That and the King's Defender dropped. Our Warrior was happy. I had also barely outrolled the pally healer for the shield... by 3

Yes! Finally a shield break!
A very nice shield... Where'd you get it? Looks even better than the Triptych one (more +heals, more +mp5... you don't gain stam, but that's not as important)

Hit exalted with SSO. Got Caster DPS Neck, Melee DPS Neck, Resto Neck, and Precious Trinket.
Edit: SSO is a good faction for shamans...three usable epic neck pieces.

My shammy hit level 50, and am now up to the ST quest (even though the rewards aren't all that great and ST seems impossible to get into, I still have to do it).
Got my T4 pants...upgrade from my epic cloth healing pants. Also got the helm off HKM for offspec.
Did Gruul's last night as elemental...I was sixth on dps on the trash and HKM. Not so good on Gruul...I was 14th on Gruul. Decided to stick with Resto for Raids.

I healed ZA with one other healer yesterday, lol 2 resto shammy ftw
I've only got one blue left to replace (the Scarab of Infinite Cycles), which I'll probably replace with the Redeemer's Stone once I can do a mini Tempest Keep run to get my Alch Stone (Already exalted with SSO) from Sha'tar.
This will bring my bonus heals to 1949 unbuffed (and 2050 with WoA).
Also managed to get the neckpiece as well along with the Ribbon of Sacrifice.
I'm sure there's more stuff I'm missing, but oh well.

Maybe 2 months ago me and two friends decided to build a new 10 man raid.
Started off clearing Kara, we have 2-3 people with T6-Gear, rest is from T4-T5 or
equiped with items of equal value. We only picked people we knew as good players.
We cut through Kara like nothing...BIG fun ;-) Best time was 1.57h with 1 Healer (t6)
+ the passive reg from a Shadow Priest.
Then we moved to ZA. We got it clear from the first day,2-3-3-4-4 chests...this
time I got my bear mount ! Yeah ! 5 minutes left on the clock.
Managed Top-DpS after the first 4 bosses...I never liked leather as Enhancement Shaman,
but switched 2 items from mail to leather and saw a nice increase in DpS...ok, I start
to accept leather a little bit... ;p
We now started our own guild with the core players from the raid and want to build
up a strong 10 person raid with wotlk. I´m really looking forward to this !
To see how we started and how we managed to get where we are...that people
actually ask us if they can join our raid...these things make me WANT the addon
desperatly and hit Naxx as soon as possible...never liked the 25 man raids...
and I love Blizzard for opening the same content to 10 people.
Did I mention I got my bear mount?? ;p Now the addon can come, I´m ready ;-)

Congrats! Yeah, I still have some leather and cloth gear until I can get the mail upgrades for them, but they were an upgrade from the blues I had. It's great.

i started lvling my shammy wich i left at lvl 20ish for a long time.
got it up to 70 in no time (enhancement lvling is just the best thing ever..)
and went resto the moment i hit 70, went into the "guilds badge farming kara-runs" and got it geared up pretty quickly.
and just now i just bought the last BoJ gear, and sitting at an Unbuffed +heal of 2149 (2250 with totem w00t)
now all i really want is to hit that T6 content.. (cause T5 just plain sucks for resto shammy's if you ask me (anyone disagrees?)

My best news is just the decision to start a shaman. I have a hunter,lock, and mage at 70 and was working a rogue up(currently mid 50's) but shaman has a grip on my playtime now. Still low level but the dps and utility is suprising. Should I expect to hit a wall soon and dread the grind to the next big skill/spell/talent like rogue/mage/lock ?
