My rogue was my original character when I bought the game, got the thing to 52 before I burned out on the class. (Little did I know.. rogues actually scale with gear!). I watched a 53 affliction 'lock steamroll through a series of elite quests, and decided that the grass was indeed greener on the other side.

Four months later, after a rush to 70, learning how to instnace because I had been a solo nub, my 'lock is sitting pretty in full epics, with an epic flyer and six pieces of crafted gear, Karazhan epics, and a Darkmoon Card: Crusade. There's not a hell of a lot left for me to do on my warlock other than raid.. so I picked up my rogue again.

I went out and found a pair of green daggers, respec'd mutilate from combat blegh.. and a few days later I'm at 59, carving my way through battlegrounds on the quest for a black war wolf. I bought the thing last night, can't wait for the last few bars to 60. I leveled up Engineering and JC while I was going 52-59, and now they're both over 360.

Have you ever seen a rogue fly? Go find a goblin engineer, and ask him to show you what happens when you take a parachute cloak and Rocket Boots Xtreme.. and jump off a cliff. Fun times, and it's made for some epic WSG flag caps, and escapes from a zerg in AB. That and frost grenades made the grind through engineering entirely worth it. Plus I'm sitting at 5.2k health, with a helm equivalent to the Stealther's Helm of Second Sight, and the Goblin Rocket Launcher trinket. I love that thing..

I'm psyched and ready to bruise my way through outland again. 's gonna be good times, and I'm going to do a lot more pvp than I did on my warlock. I just find rogue pvp to be a hell of a lot more fun. Probably going to do Arena/BG's a lot more than Karazhan, I know that place like the back of my hand and it's just as boring to stare at for five hours a week.

Oh, good catch Eon.

Though being almost 23 I still feel dirty hitting on 18 year-olds, no matter how hot they are.

No no, you have it all wrong.

In my state:
From 16 (when they try to save the world and be a "free spirit") to around 25 ish (when the weight of the world has visibly crushed their hips), it is all fair game.

And damn is that game fair.

Hit 64 and got out of Zangarmarsh.

Now I'm running Mana Tombs over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over until I get my ******* sword.

Finally started working on Lurker, got him to like 87% on our second or third try. Short raid night, but a good practice for all of us. Makes itmore relaxed since we do gruul & VR in the same night. Finally starting to ignore Kara/put it on teh back burner. Progression night repair bills ftw! I love 24g repairs, and i still have like 4 blues. Were kinda "skipping" mag for the time being, not enough locks/coordination/stuff to make that fight work just right yet. Idk, just happy that were working on progression again.

Fellow rogues, I HAVE to share this with you.

I was doing my "banish more daemons" daily quest yesterday and beatin on a daemon. Since I was chaining them, I wasn't full life but about at 60%. And for the records, let me point out that I did not ninja any daemon from anybody.

At some point, I see 2 players from the opposite faction approaching and I get hit by a frost bolt for about 1150. At this moment, I have 1 daemon and 1 paladin smashing my face while the frost mages keeps nuking me. Burning all my CDs however, I manage to escape.

I eat to get back to full life and return to check my two little bastards. They're pretty cautious, pulling only 1 daemon at a time and both players are always around 90% life so I can't really try anything.

Except that, at some point, the paladin aggroes a daemon after a first one has been pulled. So I jumped on the mage, can't keep him fully stun-locked (he must've trinketed or WOTFed) but he's dead within about 10 sec. And then comes the real good surprise: the paladin still has some daemon beating on him so I push my luck a bit against him and kill him as well.

Some of you will say that it might not have taken a huge amount of skill to escape those two in the first place and to kill them after that... but GOD DAMN it felt good to take my own back on those little bastards!

Congrats to everyone ahead of me on their accomplishments.

My guild just cleared Kara for the first time on Sunday night, and I got the chest piece off of Nightbane to boot. We're a pretty small guild, so it was a pretty big accomplishment for us.

Learned Haste Pot recipe, so now I'll be loaded with it in raids (tho I'll have to save my *** more carefully as it shares CD with health pot ) :)

World PVP is fun. And 2v1 fights are great for PVP training/whathaveyou. Try doing some 2v1 Skirmishes.
