Hey guys and gals
So I have been successfully playing FFXIV and the Heavensward content on Ps4 but I am going away this week for school so I purchased a CE of heavensward (just expansion I had the game already and can log in to that fine) for PC.
I got my CC billed and my in game items but I can't download HW for PC or register it on Mog station (I bought it right off mog station) they sent me an email to confirm my purchase but no registration code needed to upgrade.
Any help?

Only issues that I've seen in the past are people buying the game for Steam or Windows and then not buying the expansion for the proper platform. Not 100% what it entails, but I believe if you initially had the Steam version, you have to buy the Steam HW version. Same thing with the Windows version.
Other than that, is SE slow at sending out cd keys?

I don't play on steam I originally had the 1.0 disc so I never had to repurchase 2.0.
still no code been more than 24 hours since I purchased...no word from SE support either. I'm confused.
Next best thing is probably FFXIV Reddit or the Official Forums. Far more active then here, might find someone with a similar problem.
