Ok I got a chemistry thing that says when above level 50 you have a chance of getting DoH materia.... umm squadrons dont go above level 50... and last i checked they dont collect items to give to you. Also if they mean MY level then ok what do I do to get said materia? lol.
Also i think SE needs to jump on ranking faster, we only got ONE rank up this patch and it wasnt even a full rank (i.e we still have another rank that in the same square) at this rate itll be 2025 and we still wont have all ranks unlocked.

They do indeed give you items. It's just a fairly low chance (20-45 iirc) much like the "when xxx is met you have a 33% chance to get a squad book (insert stat)" So yeah they mean squad level and rank.
As for ranks, they delayed the ranking so it originally was set to go up every odd patch after 2.5 (was added to 2.4's patch notes by mistake) but then they just kind of swept it under the rug, that's why the new items are such a low ilvl (it was around 2.5's ilvl for glamours, which were 100-110, as poetics was 120/130 I believe.)
