FF XIV not opening on MacFollow

So today I bought and downloaded the game on mac but the app wont open. Every time I click on the app it comes up with the error "You can’t open the application “FINAL FANTASY XIV” because it is not responding." How can I fix this because I really wanna play the game. Thanks for any help!
