first of all, nice to meet you! well i have a doubt. im new to the game currently bard 37 with just pugilist at 15. and well i wanted to know something. DO you need to do the end game raiding to get high ilvl in the game (savage midas 5-8) or can you get a relatively high ILVL just been casual (farming tomoes, grinding dungeons) i know i won't be high ilvl if im active but not as high as a raider. the thing is i won't be able to raid everyday but i can totally play for 3-4 hours a day. + since im new to the game (entirely) am i late playing since i won't know what to do end game? i heard you farm, tomoe, craft, gather but what else? reputation here and there?

also saying this since im starting an mmo which can be exhausting. and im going to start my master career in college and dunno if i can handle both things. but if i can do handle atleast i want to get high ilvl with just raiding a little (not expecting endgame ilvl) i was good playing blade and soul but don't want to put enough effort when i see less and less people everyday + lag server, bots, bad economy , class imbalance

The answer to your question is yes, you can achieve a high item level without raiding. You cannot achieve as high an item level as a savage raider can, but you can get close. It takes longer to go the casual route, but it's possible.

This game is designed to be easy to pick up and easy to catch up. So it's never too late to start playing (that's by design). When you reach endgame, you'll have plenty to do to continue to advance yourself, but I'd actually recommend not worrying too much about it right now. Just understand that catching up is relatively easy and doesn't require a raiding schedule.

so in other words when i hit 60 the story quest might lead me to what i can do to farm and such? like main quest will tell me you need to go here to sell your tomoes, etc. thanks for the answer

More or less. There are endgame dungeons unlocked through the main story, there are others that are unlocked by side quests. You'll be introduced to Idyllshire (the town where your tomes are handled) by the story. And Idyllshire itself acts as a hub for a lot of endgame activities.

Mostly though, don't worry about it right now. You have a long way to go. Just enjoy the ride for now.
