Licha's father won't buy her a new dress and she asked me to get her a new, fancy one from some merchant in Thundering Steppes.

Licha at Windstalker Village -1821, -37.8, -544 gives this quest after you complete the Sparkly or Nothign quest. She asks you to find the dress merchant in The Thundering Steppes and buy her a new dress.
You can purchase the dress from A Dress Merchant at the docks in The Thundering Steppes at -458.39, -18.14, -426.01 for 7 silver 2 copper pieces. Bring it to Licha for your reward. This will also open up the Licha, Dancing Queen quest.

Oh my god this dress is sooo UGLY!! All purple! Why does anyone want it to keep?
Anyway yes, you can get this dress for your self. Just buy it, delete the quest and run back to Licha to get the quest again.

Or, buy the dress, walk across the dock, and Mail it to Your alt at the mailbox less than 10 meters away :D! Delete and Go get it again to dress all your alts in the latest fashion.

The merchant is inside the first building on the left as you walk onto the docks. Its the same building the gambling goblin is in.

You cannot buy more then one dress from the Dress Merchant while the window is open. I tried that.

you can get another dress!!! what you have to do is when you buy it attune, equip, whatever, then delete the quest. Then talk to her again and run back to the merchant, you should be able to buy the dress again and it will appear in your inventory,as far as i know you can do this as much as you want unless you run out of money or slots :) hope this helps

No. This dress can NOT be bought more then once. Once your purchase it thats it. Its a very nice looking robe too! Purple with gold and blue trim.

I don't know if you can buy another after you buy the first because I don't want another one, but the dress still showed up in the dress seller's inventory after I bought the one for the quest, and the Buy key would highlight when I hovered the mouse over it.

I tried on the dress, it's pretty, I'm a clothes *****, then went to buy myself a 2nd and you can't. That was disapointing, now I wish I had kept it, my alts aren't high enough to do it yet but I'm going to make my bf do it and not turn in the dress. I wonder if you can buy more than 1 before you close the dress merchant window?

I found a dress Merchant On the docks! She is in a building as you come onto the docks from the beach on the left! Walk through the door and to the right behind the door shes there! You need 5s50+c to buy the dress! When you return you wil have a chose of 4 different chest piesses and I think some silver... I had this quest for a few days before I finnished it so there is No time limit on it!

Just go to the Docks in TH and you will find a dress merchant inside the 1st large House on the leftside of the dock as you are heading towards water. You actually have to buy the FANCY IMPORTED DREES from the merchant (like 5s 30c)and then the quest will trigger...bring it back Licha...thats it.

They fix the quest , there is a girl selling dress in TS by dock.

I did this quest today. I believe it is timed as well (either that or they fixed it with update 6).
Anyway run to TS docks as fast as u can and the dress merchant is in the first hut to your left tucked away in the corner.
Buy the dress for 5 silver and u are done.

Perhaps the quest is timed, as she says the dress should be arriving any second. Has anyone tried running immediately to the docks?

I got this quest the other day and the text she gave me say something about the being by the docks waiting. I been search the docks but no luck yet

Unfortunately, after traveling to TS to find the merchant, there is no one to be found that knows anything about a dress (nor is there anyone selling one in normal inventory). Not on the docks (Licha says that the merchant will be on the docks 'any second'). I searched the docks, I then went around speaking to all merchants in the zone. Including a gratified merchant. No go. Methinks this quest is bugged.
