In order to receive this quest, you must Hail Mildred. To do this you can target her and press H, or right-click her and select Hail. She will not respond to a left-click like most quest givers do.

Mildred would be capable of repairing my gear, if not for the fact that she was beaten up by Brokenskull trolls and a number of her pieces stolen by them. I should find the clockwork's missing pieces and return them to her.

Kill Brokenskill pirates until you find:

• Mildred's fan (on a Brokenskull officer)
• Mildred's whirly gig (on a Brokenskull deckhand)
• Mildred's displacement arm (on a Brokenskull mate)
• Mildred's extraction pincers (on a Brokenskull swabber)

In order to turn in this quest, once again you must Hail Mildred to get her attention.

Once you have done this quest you may use Mildred's mending services.
