Kill antelope until you collect 4 hooves
Take the hooves to different places in TS:

Return the 4 blessed hooves to the pennant (inspect it) by Watcher of the Fields

I have chosen to pay my respects to the fallen centaur Chiefs of the past. The Watcher of the Fields has instructed me on the customs of his people, so now I must create an offering worthy of the former leader's life.

Stage 1

I need to present an offering to Trantieral Thunderhoof that would remind his ghost on how he was constantly on the move.

Start:	I need to collect four perfect antelope hooves.
Complete:	I've been able to collect four perfect antelope hooves.

Start:	I should bless one of these hooves by bringing it to Thundermist Valley.
Complete:	I have blessed one of the hooves.

Start:	I should bless one of these hooves by bringing it to the Shattered Gully

Start:	I should bless one of these hooves by bringing it to the Ruins of Karana
Complete:	I have blessed one of the hooves.

Start:	I should bless the last hoof at the Dead River Basin immediately west and north of the Gnoll Cave.
Complete:	I have blessed all of the hooves.

I have gathered four antelope hooves and blessed them by bringing them to many places across the Steppes.

Stage 2

I need to lay this offering before the flag marker of Trantieral Thunderhoof.

Start:	I need to bring this offering to the marker of Trantieral Thunderhoof in the Steppes.
Complete:	I've presented the offering to the marker of the fallen chieftain.

I've presented the offering before the flag marker of Trantieral Thunderhoof.

I have honored Trantieral Thunderhoof, the former chieftain of the Great Herd. The spirit of the great Chief blessed me and changed my offering into a valuable relic.
