In exchange for knowledge of the Chaos Tongue he has revealed critical information to the fearsome nightbloods, advancing their attacks against Freeport outposts and settlements. Viscount Gelvonius of the Freeport Militia has demanded that I disrupt this conspiracy by destroying the nightblood transgressors within Rivervale.
