Craft six decorative Frostfell gift boxes for Blosk Frostfoot. The recipe is in the Frostfell Lair Decoration scroll you received. Craft them at the Woodworking Table with Sculpting skills. You will need:

12 Frostfell Paper, from the box near the door
6 Elven Magic (purchase from the vendor, you'll be reimbursed)

Turn them in to Blosk.
