Head to Neriak, Dockside Markets to the Secret Meeting place of the Cabal, A glowing blue set of doors ( -98.30, 8.55, 333.93 ) that look like that of the tradeskill instances (Discovered by Chikkin of Test)Mouse hover says "Has this door always been here?" Zone in to A Secret Lodge of the Cabal of Fyr'Un
Use your Potion of Obsuration to make yourself invis (You'll look red) and creep up next to the npcs near the doorway, and eavesdrop.... (Stand back a bit they will attack half way through)

About the 5th click there will be an "ut oh" which the npcs will attack, You can back up so that you don't agro the whole room*

Kill all the npcs and click on the Amulet in the middle of the floor and you will have an "Out of Body Experience"
Return to Evdokia in Goro
Quest Complete! Pick up your Weapon and Amulet and pat yourself on the back for finishing this huge quest!

I am certain I am getting closer to identifying the secret congregation behind the murders of Seeress, the Springview Healer and the Academy Apprentices. Evdokia feels it is important that we learn who has been ruining her well laid plans and acts of praise towards the Plaguebringer. All the clues point to a secret group of elite, noble and eccentric members of different cities being involved, if not behind it all. I need to learn who they are and what they are attempting to gain.

Stage 1

I found another passage rune stone in the Mausoleum of Valor in Freeport's Graveyard. It must allow me to enter another such secret meeting place.

Start:	The description on the rune reads, "You are allowed entry. The City of Hate holds the cabal."
Complete:	I found a Secret Lodge of the Cabal of Fyr'Un!

Start:	I must use the Potion of Obscuration to conceal myself, so that I may learn all I must about the Cabal of Fyr'Un.
Complete:	I sent Cabal of Fyr'Un beasts and sentient alike, to Ethernere.

Only one member of the Cabal of Fyr'Un was able to escape my rage and wrath!

Stage 2

The shadowed man that escaped my wrath dropped an amulet. It may be something important or at least worth pawning.

Start:	I must inspect the amulet that was dropped within the Secret Lodge of the Cabal of Fyr'Un.
Complete:	My mind was ripped to an unknown area where I witnessed something truly unnerving. Hordes of shadow brutes from the Void have been amassed by some devious woman!

Evdokia may be able to make more of what I have learned and seen.

Start:	I should return to Evdokia near the Breathing Pools in Gorowyn, as soon as possible.

She used us and distracted us with the murders, while it bought her time to steal the Scepter of Fyr. We must remain on guard, for this will not be the last we hear of the Cabal or its connection with the Void.
