Not only was I surprised to find this writing, I was amazed at how it has held up against the wet and cold conditions here in Everfrost. The focus of this note appears to point toward Permafrost Keep and the inhabitants that dwell within.

Stage 1

The target of this note is within the Permafrost Keep. That is where I will find the Reviler Keeper.

Start:	Slay the Reviler Keeper.
Complete:	I've slain the Reviler Keeper.

I've eliminated the target that was within the Permafrost Keep.

I have ventured into the Permafrost Keep and have dispatched of the target mentioned in the note I found.

This quest is initiated by examining the item "Reviler Keeper". This item drops on monsters in Everfrost (northern stags confirmed).

You must slay the Reviler Keeper in Permafrost. He is roughly a 24 hour spawn.
