This quest is initiated by examining a lamp at 51.36, 7.43, -598.77 in Permafrost.
You must slay 15 Icegill Makers in the zone. They have been reported at -122, -35, -300 and 68, -35, -302 .
HINT: Jump down the Hole (broken Spiralramp) at 91.24, 1.75, -187.68 . Head North. Two "an Icegill Maker" will spawn in the follwing room. Respawntimer is about 5-7 Minutes (Realtime).
