Jilaen informed me that if I wished to learn more about the Fae I should speak with Lady Katri. I can find Lady Katri by taking the road west from Sapling Spur Outpost and going left at the two forks I will come to. That will take me to the Old Kelethin Acorn Lift, which will bring me up into Kelethin very near Lady Katri.
