This quest is given by Cordun Brenland in Qeynos Harbor (third floor of Fish's Alehouse). He asks you to kill some creatures in the ocean in Antonica. He asks for:

2 Barracuda
2 Sea Turtles
1 Manta Ray

Complete this task and return to him for your choice of rewards.

I met Cordun at the Fish' Alehouse and Inn. He isn't the trusting type, for whatever reason. He said that if I head out to Antonica and catch him two barracuda, a manta ray and two sea turtles, I've done him a favor and then he can trust me. Sounds like the makings of a tasty stew.

Stage 1

I need to head out into Antonica and get two barracuda, a manta ray and two sea turtles. I can probably find them south of the Qeynos docks.

Start:	Kill two Coldwind barracuda.
Complete:	I've caught two Coldwind barracuda.

I've killed the two barracuda, a manta ray and two sea turtles as Cordun requested.

I've brought back the sea food catch and it turns out it was for a stew, though it wasn't intended to be shared with me.

I didn't get this quest after talking to Brenland. He seems to be kind of evil and kept trying to entice me to betray Qeynos. I answered with righteous indignation, showing my loyalty to Qeynos. Now he has spies watching my bedroom at night.
