This is part of the halfling racial progression series. It is given by Rondo "The Belly" Roundstew in The Baubbleshire (+947, -436) after you complete the Helping a Friend, Again quest. You must:

Examine the Prank Preparedness Kit that Rondo gives you.
Talk to Drundo Parn in the avern (+883, -442)
Speak to Jayla Midhop outside the Armory (+860, -520)
Speak with Bolo Brassharp outside the Inn (+903, -493)

After this return to Rondo. This opens up the Paying Off a Sweet Debt quest.

Rondo believes that one thing can raise almost any halfling's spirit: a prank. He has a list of people who he owes pranks to as they've done something to him in the past. He insists that it is all in good fun. Because Rondo has a reputation, he has asked me to help set up his 'friends' for him.

Stage 1

Before I execute Rondo's plan I must go through the Prank Preparedness Kit he has given me. Rondo will give me another kit if I misplace the first one.

Start:	I need to examine the Prank Preparedness Kit that Rondo gave me.
Complete:	I have examined the Prank Preparedness Kit and know what I must now do.

After going through the Prank Preparedness Kit I know what I must do.

Stage 2

I need to visit Drundo, Jayla, and Bolo and set them up for Rondo's pranks.

Start:	I must find Drundo Parn in the tavern and give him a disguised walnut pie.
Complete:	I have given Drundo the walnut pie.

Start:	I must find Jayla Midhop outside of the armory and give her this forged note.
Complete:	I have given Jayla the forged note.

Start:	I must find Bolo Brassharp outside of the inn and convince him to see Jayla with a bloat pie.
Complete:	I have given Bolo the bloat pie.

I have set Drundo, Jayla, and Bolo up for Rondo's pranks.

Stage 3

Now that Rondo's pranks are ready to go, I should speak with him.

Start:	I have done what Rondo wanted and should return to him.
Complete:	I have spoken with Rondo.

I have spoken with Rondo.

I have helped Rondo set his friends up for impending pranks. Rondo was absolutely giddy about it.
