You spoke to Jaisen Tutwhittle, a halfling bard and fellow pilgrim to the city of New Halas. He recognized the helm right away as that of a Ry'Gorr orc! They must be hunting the bears, causing them to become more aggressive. Their destructive influence within the Frostfang Sea must be stopped!

After examining a tusked animal helm (body drop from blizzard grizzlies around Gwenevyn's Cove), you are directed to go to Gwenevyn's Cove to see if someone there might know about the item. The NPC in question is Jaisen Tutwhittle, whom will complete the quest with some lore.
