I finally found the burrowers at 223.26,-6.80,-91.61

The infected burrower seems to be the hardest to get of the three, tho there are ways to speed the process up!
As you all know these are found in that one curved hall with all of the crumbling tomb sentries in it - there are also vermin spawns there. Well, what most people do not know is that the vermin spawn in that hall and the burrower spawn are related - they are each place holders for the other. So if you kill the vermin you increase the chances of getting the burrower.
I know that a lot of people have had trouble but it takes me no longer than 5 to 10 minutes to get an infected burrower to spawn by my simply including the vermin in my clearing.

I finally found the Infected Burrower in a hallway just south-west of the series of connected rooms where all the Tomb Sentry skeletons were hanging about. The coordinates, using the in-game /loc command, were (226.74, -6.99, -45.66). I hope this helps somebody.
I found the Infected Vermin in the same room where the Rat Queen and her mobs usually spawn, when the Queen and her "court" were absent.
The Grave Scorpius was the easiest for me. They spawned regularly in the first hallway after I arrived in the Snye, as well as in the upstairs hallway leading from the same entrance room.
I wish anyone reading this good luck, as I found this quest to be a real pain. It's a fifteenth-level quest, but I was level twenty-three before I finally completed it! Again, I sometimes wonder if anyone from Sony actually plays through what they design! :-)

I could not find the infected tomb vermin. I killed every tomb vermin I could find, but it was not there.

I finally found the Infected Tomb Vermin in the same room where the Rat Queen and her henchcritters usually appear. The queen and her court weren't there at the time (the fourth or fifth time I had checked), but the Infected Vermin was just sitting there, amidst a bunch of regular Tomb Vermin.

I found the Grave Leach and Tomb Vermin in the locations up above in the description, but the Infected burrower was by far the hardest to spawn and I killed every Burrower I could find and it finally spwaned at loc 177.04, -7.02, -80.66

Which rooms are the two rat queen rooms? I'm assuming one is the room with the 3^ heroic tomb vermin and a gazillion ravenous cubes. I can't get through that room, yet, so I don't know what's in the room that it leads to.

When killing for the Infected tomb Vermin in this quest, make sure to kill A Tomb Vermin only, within the two rat queen rooms.
It will eventually or shortly spawn.

Found the burrower at 196.82, -6.92, -88,46. This was on first level at turn off after I found the lech.

I found the infected Lewch at 124/25. -0.04, -124.95. that's just inside the entrance of the sencond level. Good Luck.

after about 2 hours of constant killing of giant burrowers and searching in all the locations from above, I found one without even thinking at this location (77.89,0.40,-82.70) :-))

I got the vermin to spawn but no luck solo'ing him since he's a group mob and still green to me...sigh.

Yup, got an infected vermin to pop about 20 mins after constantly killing everything in the two rat queen rooms. (Where she spawns and the antechamber). It actually appeared in the antechamber 2 minutes after I killed her. Loc +22.29, +1.21, -144.53

Infected Burrower found at loc +42.30, +0.07, -42.62. Had to kill heroic giant burrowers for it to spawn.

I must been deaf, dumb and blind on this quest! I have been all over Vermin's Snye lookinq an "Infected Tomb Vermin". When I started this Quest I found an "Infected Burrower" and an "Infected Grave Leech" within 5 minutes. Now the Quest is Green to me as I am now a level 21 Guardian. I started by killing everything in the room. Then I killing everything in the room but the Queen. Still I have not been able to get the "Infected Tomb Vermin" to spawn. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Help.....can not find "an Infected Burrower" at Loc: 25.45, 10.30?? or anywhere else, been all over the place and on more than one occasion.

Well, about the Infected Tomb Vermin...
I guess it's just a kind of oldschool silly place-holder. I've checked Queen's place several times and I've never seen any infected vermin. So I started killing everything (but the queen ^^) and an infected one popped quite fast after that.
Burrowers and Grave leeches are usually loop killed because of prime healer quest, that's why those infected versions are easier to find.

I have completed this quest. The hardest one to find is the infected tomb vermin. It is located in the room with the Rat Queen. You can single pull the infected tomb vermin from the room without aggroing anything else.
The other two infected are rather easy to find - and I believe they are on a 10 minute spawn time if they have just been killed. They are near the water grate areas and each have their seperate spawn location on different levels of VS.

Is this quest broken? I have been all over the down below and Snye and even looked at the Bestiary on this site, and I have NEVER seen an Infected Burrower or Infected Tomb Vermin in these dungeons, but plenty of Infected Grave Leaches. Since this quest has con'd Green to me for many levels now, (21 now) I find it hard to believe these creatures are in the third level. Anyone help?

Suprised at level 10 mentioned. I was there with my Level 17 Crusader. These mobs were blue with double arrow up. Don't think a level 10 could do them
