Goblin Devices  

The Drogan Exile goblins have a device that Dragoon Linzinek believes might prove useful to the sarnak of Bathezid's Watch. I must find someone called the Quartermerchant within the Drogan Exile Camp, and see if I can work a deal out to get the item that Dragoon Linzinek was talking about.After some wrangling with the goblins, I was able to get ahold of the Arcsplicer Supreme, the item that Dragoon Linzinek was talking about.
