I met the Meandering Augur in a guard tower in the Orcish Wastes. He wants me to learn three of the meanings of life, apparently whether I want to learn them or not. It might be interesting, if nothing else.
I've done what the Meandering Augur recommended.Like all mystical ventures, I'm supposed to draw my own conclusions as to what I've learned about the meanings of life. I believe that being alive beats the alternative, but the Meandering Augur probably has something else in mind. At least he paid me for my time.

This quest is given by the Meandering Augur at ( 515.85, -32.32, 224.89 ) , in the fort near docks in Zek.
- You must kill Tallon Grunts in Zek to obtain three bags of seeds. Then bring the seeds to the Augur.
- Next you must harvest 20 shrubs in The Thundering Steppes. They are reported to be abundant in Thundermist Valley.
- Plant the seeds at the Orc Encampment 495, -41, 206 or at the Valley of Sacrifice 161, 12, 2
- Return to the Augur to complete the quest.

I found most of my high plains shrubbery in Thundermist Valley, for anyone having problems finding them.

This end part of the quest appears bugged. I've harvested shrubs all over Zek and have not gotten one single update. Not wasting any more time on this. You would think after over a year of this thing being broken, SoE would've found the time to fix it. Oh well.

Well, the instructions above say to harvest shrubs in Thundering Steppes - that might be your problem :)

been harvesting forever here in TS but no updates think it might be bugged also anyone have any suggestions

same problem with the shrubs... i didn't realise other people were having trouble too! I went all round TS in case you had to be a certain area but to no avail.

The quest might be bugged since the EoF release. I also can't get the quest to update when gathering in TS

I think mine is bugged. Harvesting the Shrubbery in TS doesn't update the quest. Any suggestions?

The quest has not moved. The Augur in TS is different. The Meandering Augur is found in the Zek fort. Go into the fort and climb up one of the ladders. He is in a room at the top of the wall. He gives the quest exactly as described here

I think this quest has moved.
I got a quest by a similar name in Tower2 of the thundering steppes. The augur requires you to kill 3 plains serpents.

kill 10 grunts right outside gates, return to augur.
go to thundering steppes harvest 20 shrubs, worked everytime for me so not alot of waiting, return to augur.
Planting the seedlings: just run to the druid rings in zek, will update when you enter sarcrifice zone, return to augur for reward.
reward was a choice of five augur items same as it has been for previous levels.
