Stage 1

Start:	Return the ancient rune to a Teleport Trainer.
Complete:	You have returned the ancient rune to a Teleport Trainer

After returning the ancient rune to my teleport trainer, I was granted the knowledge of the Moors of Ykesha Portal and Translocate: Moors of Ykesha.

Initiate this quest by examining a smoking scroll in the middle of the newly constructed portal spire at the Dropship Landing Zone.
