I have found the scroll that I have been seeking, but it apparently needs to find its way to Hucklethin Gorsefoot in Antonica. It will be quite the trek, but I think it may be worth my time.

This quest is initiated by examining the scroll you receive in the Finding the Scroll for Midia quest (see related quests).

You must deliver it to Hucklethin Gorsefoot in Antonica. He wanders from the building where they do mending in Antonica to Archers Wood area. I found him at -739,-16,280 .

This will open up the Irontoe Sabotage quest.
