I am lvl 62 and he gave me the quest again after I deleted it, because the oculus-witchdoctors have been removed from the game.

This may be level limited - at 62 I went back to get this again, looking to get to the follow on quest 'Raging Mess'. But he won't talk to me any more, pity.

I was asked to kill 10 Gorehorn Pitmasters, upon doing this recieved 1g 70s. This was only my 2nd quest from the janitor.

After repeating this quest many times, the janitor will give you a quest called Raging Mess. For this he asks you to kill the Master of the Guard and The Beguiler. I haven't found any information on who the Beguiler is yet.

I've done this like 15-20 times - just pick up a new one everytime i go into the zone....the last couple of times it seems that i've gotten more and more gold. lastest quest gave me around 1g 50s reward - cant remember what i killed though, but it was something that i had killed before - with less reward $.

Not sure if its a random reward or not, but it seems when you've done it more then 10ish times the reward increases - did for me anyways

Been doing this quest for awhile just had to kill 4 oculus wizards and got over 70s for it dont remember how many differnt steps i did but been getting more money as i went on gott akill 10 scrap dashers now

Just to clear things up a little. The creatures you are asked to kill are random. This is just a repeatable coin/xp quest. There is no final reward. It's just getting a little xtra xp/coin from xping in RC.

I just completed the first part (Kill 12 goblins) Then for the Runnyeye Filth he asked me to kill 10 Gorehorn pitmasters.

So what he asks you to do is random.

I've done the quest and done it as a repeatable and at first he will ask you to kill 10 clay remnants and once that is completed go back and talk to him and he will let u repeat the quest but this time he will ask you to kill 4 Illusionist eyes. Once you kill those 4 u get some coin. Go back and talk agian and he will ask for 4 more eyes. Everything from now on from him will be 4 eyes.

You don't kill brewers, you kill clay remnants. You need 10 and that is the quest end.
