Seren Leafsway thought that Tuathil Laeds could use my help. If I follow the road west from Shadow Spire Outpost, cross the Lower Emerald River, then take the first split to the right, I will pass through the Valley of the Great Swarm. From there, if I take the fork to the right, I can find Tuathil where the road bends north into Crushbone territory.

Seren sends you to see Tuathil Laeds in the Valley of the Great Swarm at -574, 66, -71 . Don't mind her complex directions; go uphill to the stable master and catch a horse!
