I just finished this quest and was suprised by the 3%xp at lvl 44 as well as the:

The location in the small farm house at Tagglefoor Farm is in a barrel at -773.15 -0.56 -651.50. Watch out for Lula Tagglefoot when you open or get near the door. She is a solo mob 39^. Good hunting.

This quest is initiated by examining a bucket in one of the buildings at the Tagglefoot Farm. -773.15, -0.56, -651.5
You must slay 15 A Twisted Nymphs in the The Enchanted Lands. They are not too far from the farm.
The reward is coin and experience.
