Inara is found at 595.06, 65.92, -32.88 (BTW you can cut and past this loc num right into your EQ2 map if you have thor UI). You have to go up two logs to where the drake's nests are and around a big mushroom and she's right on the cliff.

After completing the quests "A Greater Threat" and "Signs of Growth", Uko wants you to take the growth molt to his mentor, who is near the Faedrake Breeding Grounds.
Speak with Inara on an overlook on the eastern wall of the Breeding Grounds. This is near the Butcherblock zone-in area. It's worth noting that Invis and Stealth work against the fae drakes.
