Qadira is a leader of the naga in the Anvil of Ro. She once helped poor Zeke Two Tone, so perhaps she can help me learn more about the area. She seems interested in helping me out, but only if I can do something for her in return.

Stage 1

I will help Qadira the Naga.

Start:	I need to hunt down the djinn pillar sentinels above the Burning Sea.
Complete:	I've found a mirror shard while hunting the djinn sentinels.

Start:	I want to ask Qadira the Naga in the Pillars of Flame about this mirror.
Complete:	I've spoken with Qadira the Naga.

Start:	I must retrieve the mirror of Samirah.
Complete:	I've slain Samirah and taken her mirror.

Start:	I need to speak with Qadira the Naga in the Pillars of Flame.
Complete:	Now I know how to access the Shimmering Citadel.

I've helped Qadira the Naga, as well as myself.

I've done what Qadira requested and in the process, made her the Lady Naga. Qadira told me the secret of gaining entrance into the Shimmering Citadel, the home of the majority of the area's djinn. I'm curious to see it for myself.

quest reward is Samirah's Mirror

right click summon your entire group zonewide into the Shimmering Citadel.

Spawn times on Samirah are? Or is she insta pop basically if you have quest?

This quest is given by Qadira the Naga at The Shimmering Citadel entrance 884, -177, -1595 after you complete The Name of My Forefathers quest. It is the access quest for the Shimmering Citadel.

You must kill 10 a Djinn Pillar Sentinels to find the mirror for her. These are found on the Djinn in the southwest portion of the zone 1500, -150, -100 .

After this return to her and she informs you that she will grant you access to the Shimmering Citadel if you kill Samirah, Lady Naga for her. Samirah is found in one of the nearby caves on the same island as Qadira 1101, -173, -1693 . Kill her and return to Qadira for your reward and to gain access to the Shimmering Citadel
