Are all the ancient frostfins lvl 40+ ^^^ heroic? It's bad enough having to kill a boatload of these agro heroic sharks for a writ, but to top it off, Dreadwake swims in the same waters.

There's a bunch of City Tasks that *are* tagged heroic. If you'd check your journal for me and see if it says that, I can change the walkthrough to reflect that.

On the other hand, there's usually a balance, look for the ones that are not heroic.
