The original quest info is a little off.
After you get the quest from Rillian, you must speak with Kouryic in East Freeport, /loc -232.51, -48.96, 9.27. (upstairs in the Seafarer's Roost) You find him in a drunken state talking about his problems. You suggest to him to talk in a more private location. Once this is done, Kouryick and Rillian will both spawn in the hallway leading away from the dock in Longshadow Alley.

Tried to find the stats on the necklace to decide whether I wanted to turn the quest in to Kouryick for the weapon or get the jewelry. Couldn't find them anywhere, so here they are:

+3 Str +2 Sta +4 Int
+15 Health +17 Power
+50 save vs cold, heat, poison
Req Level 19

Also, I found when you turn the writ in to Rillian he gives you the same reward as Kouryick before giving you this quest so there's no reason to not to do this. You get both quest rewards.

Found Kouryick then in a corner of the alley leading from Longshadow alley dock; -31,-3,-41.
Talk to him, Rillian will spawn and Kouryick go aggro on you. Just kill him and talk to Rillian again for your reward.

Doing this atm, Kouryick is in east freeport, 2nd level of bar; -235,-49,9.

Ok so right after I submitted my previous post I went back to East Freeport and found Kouryick. I spoke to him and went back to longshadow alley. He is standing in the alleyway but a little off to the side. You may miss him if you aren't careful. When you click on him Captain Rillian runs up and Kouryick attacks you.

Yeah, I have been having the same problem only now I can't find Kouryick in East Freeport either.

i spoke to kouryick at the bar in east freeport, told him to meaat me at the longshadlow alley dock, he said hed be there. I waited and waited, nothing. so its a waste of time

Same here, he's in East Freeport and gives no conversation options.

I have this quest and cannot complete it.

The wording on the quest is confusing:
"Captain Rillian has asked me to set up a meeting with the traitorous Kouryick near the dock in Longshadow Alley and into the arms of the Freeport Militia"

[] I need to setup a meeting with Kouryick near the dock in Longshadow Alley.
[] I need to talk to Kouryick.

Kouryick is not in Longshadow Alley, he's in E Freeport.

The "Current Zone:" for the quest is "Unknown" right now and when I talk to Kouryick in East Freeport calls me his friend for helping him and I get no conversation options.
