I wasn't able to initiate this quest until after I killed the Swinelord in the Stables, second room on the right from the entrance off the courtyard. You have to kill the swine to get him to spawn.

To find the box inte the barracks you already got the location +18, +31.

To find that loc., take the first double doors from entrance to the left (same way as if you'll going to gameroom).

Then turn left and then open the first double door on your left side. In the right corner you will find the box.

To find the first boar's head, follow the hallway like you're going to the chapel. Run past the chapel and to the end of the hall. The boar's head is above a doorway that leads to a deadend of freaky stairs.

The second boar's head is practically opposite of it. Turn left from the courtyard as if you're going to the gameroom. Instead of turning left down the hallway, swing a right. The first door you come to will be the dining room. Kill the Thexians guards in there and head to the back of the room. The boar's head is up on the wall.

THis quest should be listed as related to The Missing Mask HQ, as i believe its need for access to the library. You will need to get into the library when doing the Missing Mask HQ.

We tried to do this last night.. We killed all the sisters and Ollix, and came back to do the Boar's head but it didn't work? I had gone through this castle a few times with players that have done this quest and got the Red Marble Quest and the Boar's Head... Tried to finish one or the other but the second boar's head never highlighted and the first boar's head never gave any response to me having the Red Marble Quest..

So I deleted both quests and got the Boar's Head quest again, but the second boar's head is still not picking up... Is it a problem with killing all the sisters and Ollix first?

2nd Boar's Head location. Coming from the Courtyard. Go through the left door on the North Wall (5.76, x, -19.68). TAke the next door straight ahead, no other choices. This will lead you to the broken staircase room. Take the door on the west wall (8.69, x, -46.70). Take the door on your immediate left into the kitchen. Go forward until you hit the south wall then take a right into the Dining Room. In the middle of the North wall is the 2nd Boar's Head.

First Boar Head. If you've gotten to the melted stairs you've gone an inch to far, go back through that door and look up. There's the boar's head.

The first boar head is above a doorway and therefore hard to see. Take the first door from the courtyard on your right, follow the hall all the way to the end. The doorway just prior to the dead end has the boarhead above it. Second is easy to see in Dining area.

This quest seems to have been changed. Now you simply get the barracks key from this quest and no extra marble. When you go to the barracks and open the chest there, you get a new quest called "The Red Marble" and marble to go with it. Taking the new marble back to first head near the chapel spawns the swine fiend and gets you the library key.

After replacing the eye in the Boar's head you get text saying you recieve a Barracks key. You should now be able to click on the box in the barracks to recieve a Library key.

You also get another marble, take this back to the first Boars head (south of Chapel) and put it in to spawn a Swine fiend in the corridor behind you (lvl 30-31ish^^ mob).
Swine Fiend has dropped a +8 Int +8 Wis book (lvl 40ish) everytime I've seen him killed.
