The contract reads - "Now that we know what the Stalker was doing before she failed her task, we will pick up where she left off. We won't waste valuable lives this time, however. Any mercenary that wishes a handsome reward will collect the controlling amulets within the rib cages of the Dragoons. Payment will be given only upon delivery of these amulets."

The important looking dragoons have amulets controlling them within their rib cages. I will need to destroy these Dragoons in order to collect my reward.
