Thekela wants you to search Orc Hill for the sludge the orcs used to poison the Emerald River.

Follow the road to the West, past the orc scouts. You'll see a tree bridge leading up to Orc Hill.
Near the orc standingaround you'll find bubbling buckets called a "sludge sample". Collect six of these.
Return to Thekela.
