Hilgan Gravelheart has asked me to escort him to areas of the Ring War battlefield. He feels that revisiting these locations whilst under the effect of his memory draught will allow him to remember what occurred on the day he died. I should speak to him when I'm ready.

I should escort Hilgan Gravelheart to the battlefield and see if it stirs any memories.

Hilgan remembered his battle against the Kromrif.

Stage 3

I should escort Hilgan Gravelheart to the eastern front and see if it stirs any memories.

Start:	Escort Hilgan to the eastern front.
Complete:	Hilgan regained some of his memories.

Hilgan remembered that he was nearly slain during the battle, but emerged victorious.

Stage 4

I should escort Hilgan Gravelheart to the western front and see if it stirs any memories.

Complete:	Hilgan regained some of his memories.

Hilgan remembered seeing the cryomancers prepare to cast a spell.

Stage 5

I should escort Hilgan Gravelheart to the cryomancers' perch and see if it stirs any memories.

Complete:	Hilgan regained all of his memories.

Hilgan recalls the cryomancers freezing, and consequently killing, everyone on the battlefield.

As I escorted him around the battlefield, Hilgan's memories came flooding back. Hilgan remembered what happened on the day he died. When defeat at the hands of the Kromrif was a certainty, the cryomancers cast a deep freeze spell that killed everyone and everything on the battlefield. This devastating spell ended the war and protected Thurgadin, but damned Hilgan and others like him to an eternity of meaningless battle.

Speak to Hilgan Gravelheart at 119,-346,-594 on Blisterrock Ridge within Great Divide to begin this quest.

Hail Hilgan and tell him to follow you.
Lead Hilgan south to 150,-345,-533 and speak to him.
Lead Hilgan east to 53,-343,-463 and speak to him.
Lead Hilgan west to 317,-357,-541 and speak to him.
Lead Hilgan south to 312,-330,-411 and speak to him. This will complete the quest.

Return to the Blisterrock Ridge camp after completing this quest and Rivra Prayercrystal will give you a new quest, Now to the Druid Ring.
