The only place I found the Darkpaw Soldiers were at location -380, -341. This is near a large tree, just north of the North Qeynos Tower. I found some slightly to the west of this tree at -260, -427.

I've found that every other location their listed at in comments have been (the locations place them near two separate group of tents named 'A Gnoll Tent') has been -incorrect-. I camped both spots two nights in a row, a couple of times each day, for 20-30 minutes with no spawns of Darkpaw anything spawning.

this location is correct. 2 or 3 will pop at a time and they are on about a 5 min timer. A shamen will pop every 3 or 4 cycles it seems but it could be random.

I also randomly encountered 1 or 2 across Anatonica but this is the spot if you want to camp them.

They are needed for the "wanted by order of the city of Qeynos" quest.
