Dworn Soulforge  

Dworn Soulforge is confirmed to be at -1930.75, -14.37, 752.71 (that's me standing on his toes). However, he is not always there. He appeared after nightfall for me. This is the same camp where Vishra stands.

Dworn is one of the steps for the Vale of Shattering Hallmark quest. You need to speak to him before you gain access to the Vale. The quest starts in Elddar Grove by Rask Helstot

found him today, wouldn't respond to my halfling swashbuckler, nor my Ratonga sorceror with anything other than that he doesn't have time to talk, because the gnolls keep sprouting up. He was only in one instance of the zone as well, anyone know what he's for?
