Here are 5 definite locations for Thicket Lizards but theres usually only one at each location but spawn time isnt very long only a few mins.

Oracle Ulinara : 3 on hill outfront of tower.
-970, -2, -613 : 1 on top of Rock and 1 wonders nearby.
-1,072, -35, -537: Next to hillside the one with the Oracle Ulinara on it.
-710, -13, -349 : Under a Tree next to Sabertooth Gnolls.
-714, -23, -421 : Under Rocks just across the road from 2nd location listed. Theres also one that spawns under tree right next to the rocks at the third location.(You may have to kill some placeholders)

another spawn loc. is at -527,-8,-562. between the rocks, one at a time only.

I seem to find them under the tree at loc -708, -21, -442. You may need to kill some placeholders there.

Found a few around the tower lands, near the Oracle Tower Station and down towards the road.
