This stuff is great... Stacking speed buffs is win... all this stuff stacks:
+25% Jcloak
+5% Fae Tradition
+10% sorcerer aa
+5% shadow general aa
+20-40% from any SoW buff (totem or spell)
+40% Droag Scale Swill
=100% or technically more but it limites it to 100%

This stuff is great for knocking out quests, I put a SoW Totem on auto cast and drink one of these for hours of 100% speed. Also being Fae, with glide and +100% speed I can jump incredible distances. I'm spoiled.

Is it only 1 drink or is it a stack? Also is the Pristine Dragon Scale only found in TT? I've done a lot of looking in the Bonemire because it's the easiest to harvest and have yet to find one. Friend on other server finds them in TT all the time. Or do I just have awful luck? =P

The drink i got gave an 40% speed increase and no int or wis plus they must have changed it

Only the regen drops in combat. Other related bonuses do not.

Hello y'all,

Ok, does all the effect cancel when combat?, or just the Regen part? If it's all why even add reduce casting times, Increased Int or wis, and max power, if all drop upon entering combat. what do we need reduce casting times for outta of combat?

Just something to think on.
