This thick and foul smelling book drains the very warmth from your hands. The longer you hold this book the heavier it becomes, affecting your mood and disposition. Looking at the book more closely reveals a leathery looking cover, stretched across the backing and bound at the corners by a tarnished metal. The book is held shut by a hasp, riveted to the binding and kept closed by a lock lacking a keyhole. Faint whispers can be heard emanating from the book when held close to the ear.
