Dont get overexcited over the effect, it doesnt regen ur power but on the contrary decreases it dramatically. I looted it a few days ago and I can only see 1 use to it: when u are already out of mana and the mob in front of u isnt dead. Then the 40% dps bonus can save ur life. Recast time is 20 min.
But even without the effect the BP remains really cool. The stats above are still accurate.
