The Gong of Uglan is in the bull's pit at the very bottom of Fallen Gate. Inspect it to get the update.

since the recent updates the placing has changed. The gong in the bosses room is now the Gong of HUkluk, not Uglan. Still haven't found the other gong.

You actually have to go and inspect the gong, not just enter room.
I died a few times getting there but quest is worth it.
1.6% exp at lvl 22 and a nice weapon

You dont need to kill the boss in the boss room. If You can inviss urself and is good at it u can make this quest without breaking a sweat at lvl 20, simple run thrugh the hole zone and get the 2 glyphs

This quest is a little tougher than lvl 15...a group of level 20-21s would have a hard time getting to the gong room let alone beating the boss in there. Level 15's are still having trouble with the rats and bats at the mouth of FG.
