While walking the alleys of Nettleville I discovered a cask filled with Blackburrow Stout. The word Starcrest was also written on the cask. Perhaps I should find the owner.

The cask of Blackburrow Stout was en route to Bartender Bermo in Starcrest Commune. I informed him of its location. Bermo paid me to keep quiet about this. The Ironforge Exchange has outlawed Blackburrow Stout.

I tried all the casks in zone and cant receive this quest, is it no longer in game?
