This quest is given by K'Shar Haelbreng at Timber Falls, and will require you to kill two vampires in The Crypt of T'haen.
- Kill Deiga Q'Rin and her friends, she is located at -14.94, -0.34, -8.13 (inside the cave in the middle of the waterfalls.)
- Kill Vaera L'Far and her friends, she is located at 35.41, -0.42, -21.28.
- Kill Ashokh the Slayer and his friends. He will spawn on you and attack you after you kill the outher two, this also happens to be the next part of the quest. Kill him to get the update.
After doing this return to K'Shar Haelbreng for coin and experience. This will also open up the Unlocking the Form quest.

K'shar Haelbreng has ordered me to enter the Crypt of T'Haen and slay three specific elder vampires to feed the crystal. The first two vampires must be defeated before the third master will make his presence known.
I have defeated Vaera L'Far and Deiga Q'Rin and the crystal has fed upon their essence.
I have defeated Ashokh the Slayer and returned to K'shar Haelbreng with the imbued dark crystal.I have defeated the three master vampires and fed the imbued dark crystal, and returned to K'shar Haelbreng.
Stage 1
I must find the two master vampires and defeat them so that the crystal can absorb their essence.| Start: | K'shar has instructed me to find Vaera L'Far and defeat her so that the crystal can absorb her essence. |

I killed pulled vaera group into the cave to the mound where diega is, then pulled the diega grp as well I vaera, then the adds of vaera then diega then 1 of her adds got updates then ashohk pops i finished killing diegas last ad the one i didnt kill, then killed ashohks adds then ashohks got update. this took me 2 trys tho first try killed vae and dieg same manner and killed ashok last but it didnt update so went out came back and redid in manner of what i said. Update happened on killing ash as very last to kill.
I did things a bit different, the first time I went in I killed Vaera and her friends, then took out Deiga and her friends but Ashokh never poped. I zoned out then back in and took out Deiga first then Vaera and then got Ashokh to pop. I beleve that you have to Deiga first and then Vaera to get Ashokh to spawn

After several frustrating attempts I finally got the update for this.
I attacked Diega in cave and pulled group to Vaera at the mound. I then killed Vaera leaving adds and then killed Diega leaving adds. Ashokh spawned. I killed Ashokh and then killed all adds and received update.
You do not have to delete this quest if u fail first attempt. Just zone out and back in and try again.

i can confirm, tried this way, after many attempts, and Ashokh spawned immediately:
- attack Vaera and bring her and her 2 adds to the mound
- attack Diega at the mound and make his 2 friends agro as well
- kill Vaera
- kill Diega
- kill one of Vaera's adds with an AoE attack. I don't know if it was the adds death, the AoE attack, or dumb luck BUT Ashohk finally spawned
- kill Ashohk, the other 3 adds from Vaera and Diega, and finally Ashok's 3 adds
- when the last of Ashohk's adds died I too got credit
- attack Vaera and bring her and her 2 adds to the mound
- attack Diega at the mound and make his 2 friends agro as well
- kill Vaera
- kill Diega
- kill one of Vaera's adds with an AoE attack. I don't know if it was the adds death, the AoE attack, or dumb luck BUT Ashohk finally spawned

I've also tried this multiple times with no luck including deleting the quest and starting it over, killing nameds andd adds in many different orders, and zoning in and out over 20 times in one quest attempt session. Finally went back in at lvl 70 to try one more time. I can't guarantee this will work for you but this is what I did:
- attack Vaera and bring her and her 2 adds to the mound
- attack Diega at the mound and make his 2 friends agro as well
- kill Vaera
- kill Diega
- kill one of Vaera's adds with an AoE attack. I don't know if it was the adds death, the AoE attack, or dumb luck BUT Ashohk finally spawned
- kill Ashohk, the other 3 adds from Vaera and Diega, and finally Ashok's 3 adds
- when the last of Ashohk's adds died I got credit
- attack Vaera and bring her and her 2 adds to the mound

I did just as Annika instructed...the third one...kill vaera, then adds...then diega then adds....the ash popped right on top of me..im lvl 61 so i killed with ease...but was pretty easy..Thanks Annika!

Annika thing worked for me but what i think it is is that when you kill the one in the cave it spawnes Ashoka from the 4 coffins

Killed these 2 named 10 times in a row, still no spawn of Ashokh.

Ok, Ashokh was a pain. I attempted to get him to pop three times.
1st Try: Killed Vaera's adds then Vaera, then killed Diega's adds then Diega. No Ashokh.
2nd try: same as first: Vaera's adds, then Vaera, then Diega's adds then Diega. No Ashokh.
3rd Try: Killed Vaera, then her adds, then Diega, then one of her adds, then Ashoka poped. I finished off all adds for the update.
Copy what I did on my thrid try and see if it works for you.

Just did this quest, killed Vaera L'Far first, then Diega Q'Rin. The Slayer jumped out after I killed Diega.

So..hmm. I killed both vampires, no third spawned. Im 55, so maybe thats why but...uh....no clue. Anyone have any idea on what I can do?

Okay, so I have killed Diega first, then Vaera (killed her henchmen first, saving her for last) and no Ashokh the Slayer. What am i doing wrong?

Ashokh the Slayer will only spawn if you kill both of the two vampire leaders you need. If you zone out after only killing one. You will have to kill them both again.

I killed Vaera first, and then Diega in the drowned cave, and got the update to kill Ashokh, but he did not spawn, and searched the whole place up and down for him.
